FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why would I hire a Transaction Coordinator?
Simple. Saves you time, reduces your stress, increases efficiency, boost client satisfaction, ensure compliance and handle more business.
How can a Transaction Coordinator help me grow my business?
Your time is valuable. I handle the administrative side of real estate transactions so you can focus on building client relationships and securing your next deal.
What areas does Simplified Transaction Management cover?
Any area in the US. Currently, I am a licensed real estate agent in Texas, however, I am a quick learner and can cover other states.
How and when do you get paid for your services?
At closing on the CDA in most cases. If you do not get paid, I do not get paid on most deals. Speak with TC to get further information.
What duties will I be responsible for?
Advising your client, walk throughs, inspections, showings, meeting contractors, listing appointments. Any face to face, phone to ear communications to clients. If it involves paperwork or behind a device, I am your solution.
When should I involve the TC in my transactions?
Depends on the service you need. If you need more of an assistant type, you will include me in your first listing appointment paperwork needs or writing an offer or preparing buyer representations. OR if you just need contract to close, I step in the moment it's executed.
Do you charge for notary services for my clients?
No. I do not normally charge for notary services for the agents clients. Some cases may vary.
If I want you to do some things for me but not other things, is that an option?
Yes, 100% an option. I am here to serve you. Booking a consultation with me is the best place to get started. Any adjustments to services provided could also adjust pricing. As always in real estate, everything is negotiable.
Are you available nights & weekends?
Yes. Out-of-office notices will be communicated in advanced.
Since you're licensed, do you advise clients or agents?
I am licensed and could advise if necessary, however it's best the agent communicates directly with their client as they know them better and every agents style is different. If you as the agent do not know a solution, I recommend consulting with your broker, TREC or your attorney.
