I'm Shanna Miller, a Real Estate Agent and Transaction Manager since 2014. My journey in assisting agents began in 2013 when I became a Real Estate Assistant at the age of 23. Just six months later, I obtained my license and joined one of Midland's leading real estate teams in August 2014 as their dedicated transaction coordinator.
I take pride in being one of the first transaction coordinators in Midland, having taught myself the ins and outs of working on a high-performing real estate team. Throughout my career, I have managed over 2,000 contracts (and counting) across Texas, collaborating with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and relocation companies. My expertise allows me to efficiently handle multiple transactions and agents simultaneously through effective multitasking and proactive management.

My goal is to simplify the workload for agents so they can prioritize their clients. I have helped many agents achieve their goals in selling millions of dollars in real estate for numerous years and that is always my goal for every agent. My first thought when meeting a new agent is... How can I help them and what can I do to serve them better so they can accomplish more?

I’m not just your typical “paper pusher.” With over a decade of experience, I possess the insight to identify potential issues early and resolve them swiftly. My compensation is tied to your success—I only get paid when the agent gets paid and I understand that some deals you work more for less, and I am in your corner, with all fees settled at closing, either directly by the agent or through the title company. You won’t find another transaction coordinator quite like me.
