At Simplified, my role as the transaction coordinator is to facilitate a seamless transaction for the Real Estate Agent and their clients from Point A to Point B. I manage all the behind-the-scenes aspects of the transaction, including key milestones such as the end of the option period, title commitment clearance, HOA information, survey and appraisal statuses, as well as coordinating closing and walkthroughs. This allows the agent to focus on generating more business and addressing their clients' needs more effectively.

I am committed to keeping and maintaining communication with the other agent, title company, and lenders, providing timely and easy-to-follow updates to both the clients and the agent via email throughout the transaction process. 

The cornerstone of my job is earning the trust of the agent. When they can rely on me to manage the transaction details, they will experience greater success in expanding their business. This trust enables them to engage more with clients and attract additional opportunities. I am flexible to adapt to the agents style.
